The Challenge
When Laura approached 26 Pins, her website looked functional on the surface — but under the hood, it was barely holding together. The original developers had hardcoded a custom solution that stripped WooCommerce of its core functionality, making it nearly impossible to add new courses or products without extensive developer intervention.
To make matters worse, the site hadn’t even been fully pushed from staging to production, leading to broken login sessions and critical payment processing failures right at launch. Membership controls were clunky, the LMS didn’t integrate well with course content, and users were experiencing redirect loops that locked them out of essential pages.
